Steam injection humidifiersPressurized steam dispersion products

DRI-STEEM's pressurized steam humidifiers use steam from an external source, such as an in-house boiler or a district steam system. They are adaptable to virtually any size application, and a wide variety of models accommodate a broad range of steam absorption requirements.

Ultra-sorb

Ultra-sorb dispersion panels

Shortest non-wetting distance

Ultra-sorb can be installed within inches of downstream devices. The Ultra-sorb Model XV vaporizes dispersion-generated condensate and returns pressurized condensate to the boiler. Steam capacities up to 4000 lbs/hr (1815 kg/h). Pressurized steam product details

Also available for nonpressurized steam up to 1850 lbs/hr (840 kg/h).

Mini-bank

Mini-bank humidifiers

Pre-assembled for small ducts

Mini-bank humidifiers are designed to accommodate small ducts and short non-wetting distances. They are factory assembled. Steam capacities up to 84 lbs/hr (38 kg/h).

Single-tube

Single-tube humidifiers

Suitable for, but not limited to, small-capacity systems

Single-tube humidifiers are available with a wide range of steam capacities and dispersion tube lengths, and are suitable for longer non-wetting distances. Single-tube humidifiers are factory assembled and prepiped. Steam capacities to 525 lbs/hr (238 kg/h).

Multiple-tube

Multiple-tube humidifiers

For large steam capacity

Multiple-tube humidifiers are available in a range of sizes for short to moderate non-wetting distances. Multiple-tube humidifiers are field-piped and -assembled. Multiple-tube humidifiers with the Maxi-bank option ship completely assembled and ready for installation, with a stainless steel header and black iron interconnecting piping.
