Eden Prairie, MN – September 2025 – DriSteem, a Madison Air company, proudly announces that its Adiatec® high-pressure atomization system is the industry’s only high-pressure humidification solution to hold OSHPD Special Seismic Certification Preapproval (OSP). Verified through rigorous third-party testing by Pre Compliance, the Adiatec system is now approved for use in facilities governed by stringent seismic regulations.
Adiatec meets both the International Building Code (IBC) and California Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) requirements. Its OSP certification streamlines the design and inspection process, reducing project complexity and helping facilities achieve faster occupancy.
The certification covers all Adiatec high-pressure pump stations, including the optional outdoor enclosure, as well as duct-mounted dispersion and mist eliminators. With this designation, the system is verified to remain operational during and after a seismic event, helping facilities maintain reliable humidification, meet code requirements, and ensure continuity of operations in mission-critical environments.
